Account deletion

Delete your optional sync account.

What This Covers

WholeFlo can be used without a required account. If you turn on optional email one-time passcode sync, you can request deletion of that sync account and the cloud data associated with it.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email timmyadet@gmail.com with the subject line "WholeFlo Account Deletion".
  2. Include the email address you used for optional sync sign-in.
  3. Tell us whether you want synced cloud data deleted, local app data guidance, or both.

Data Deleted

After verifying the request, WholeFlo deletes the optional sync account data tied to that email address, including synced cycle dates, period logs, symptoms, ovulation logs, settings, sync identifiers, and notification preferences stored in our cloud systems.

You can also delete local device data directly inside the WholeFlo app from Settings. Local deletion is controlled on your device and does not require an email request.

Retention

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records only when needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or audit purposes.
